I had a little pitty party for myself this weekend. When I'm in a slump I have a hard time getting motivated to do anything...but eat. So I'm going to have to work a little harder this week to make up for it. It wasn't terrible, but now the way someone in a weight loss challenge should be eating :)
Tomorrow I'm meeting with my team for our team workout, followed by the last half hour of my Iron Fit class. Looking forward to it!

Remember that you are worth it! Everything you put in you will be rewarded for. Nothing is better than feeling good about yourself, and being able to keep up with those little ones at the park!

me too girl. When I get depressed or overwhelmed I EAT. I also get out of my gym groove if I skip more than 2 days of exercise... and I didn't get to exercise Friday saturday or sunday.Hope you're feeling better!
